Oltre la Morte was composed in September 2020, during an interlocutory period of my life. The echoes of a recent grief add on to the upset of moving to another country. Fear, uncertainty and indecision are most likely to prevail. The first 5 minutes are about this. The dark and raw synths mix with the orchestral mystic sounds to put the listener in this mood.
Then, a change.
The beat transforms drastically and a distinct kickdrum takes control of the scene. A synth groove emerges from the noise and guides the track into the last 5 minutes, towards a new horizon.
It's a progression. From birth to death, and then a rebirth.
After death there might be life.
